Common questions
Why did my XP reset when I joined a test server?
Test servers reset XP to 0 on purpose so new features can be tested safely. The warning message "XP will be reset to 0" is normal. Your live public game progress is not affected.
I can't open the vehicle spawner. Why?
A few possibilities:
- You may need to load in fully - wait a few seconds after joining.
- A menu might be on top of it - close any open menus (Esc or Backspace).
- You need to be near a physical vehicle spawner prompt in the world. The MyPod topbar icon is only a music player.
- You may be on a job team and trying to use a civilian spawner. Switch to Visitors or use your team spawner.
- You may be using a team-only spawner. Join the named team first.
- If the issue persists, rejoin the server.
Is MyPod the vehicle spawner?
No. MyPod is the music player. It has playback controls, volume, shuffle/repeat, favourites, a track list, and an auto-play-in-vehicle option. Vehicles are spawned from physical spawner pads/markers in the world.
The vehicle spawner opens, but my vehicle is locked or missing.
Check the card and spawner type:
- Level X means your player level is too low.
- Tier X means your career rank is too low on that branch.
- Vehicle locked means you do not own the special/gamepass/code vehicle.
- A missing vehicle usually means you are at the wrong spawner type: Basic, Bike, Premium, Special, or a team-specific spawner.
See Vehicles -> Spawner troubleshooting.
Where did career, tokens, credits, and races go?
They are under Main Menu -> More. The top-level menu now shows Home, Teams, Shop, Activity, and More. Activity contains missions/challenges/season progress; More contains secondary panels such as Career, Jobs, Tokens, Credits, Races, and Help.
What's the fastest way to level up?
The best approach for fast levelling:
- Drive continuously in a driver seat. Passive XP is 50 per 1500 studs.
- Do jobs - Food Delivery pays 250 XP per delivery once you're level 10.
- Convoy with friends on the same team - up to +50% bonus.
- Activate a 2× XP token before a long session.
- Play during Double XP Weekend if announced.
- Subscribe to Roblox Premium for a permanent +25%.
- Buy the XP Boost gamepass for a permanent +50%.
Stacking all of these, you can hit levels 10–20× faster than a solo player driving alone.
I want to be a police officer. How?
Police teams require a gamepass:
- KEMRonda - Highway auxiliary (traffic assistance, towing).
- Polis Trafik - Traffic law enforcement.
- Undercover Police - Plain-clothes enforcement.
Buy the gamepass for the team you want, then join from the Main Menu → Teams tab.
If you want to work in law enforcement without a gamepass, APJ (level 300) is a Road Transport Agency team, but it's a long way off.
How do I refuel my car?
- Drive to a station - PETROMAS on the highway, Radtrol in Bandar Seri Putra.
- Pull up next to a pump that matches your fuel type (Petrol, Diesel, or Electric).
- An on-screen prompt appears - interact to pump / charge.
Fuel is currently free in this version of the game. The usual reference prices are Electric 1 BR, Petrol 2 BR, and Diesel 3 BR per litre, but refuelling does not currently deduct BR from your balance.
My car ran out of fuel and I'm stranded. What now?
You have three options:
- Buy a JerryCan at the Jerrycan Shop, fill it at any station (match the fuel type), and pour it into your tank.
- Spawn a replacement vehicle from a physical vehicle spawner. You'll lose your current vehicle position but get a fresh tank.
- Ask a KEMRonda player for a tow - they can take you to the nearest station.
Where do I repair my car?
There are 10 repair zones placed around the map. Drive your vehicle into one and a prompt will appear - confirm, stay parked, and health regenerates roughly 10% per 5 seconds until fully repaired. You can't repair if the zone is already being used by another player.
Gravstone Workshop in Bandar Seri Putra is a customisation shop (paint, body), not a repair shop - don't go there expecting a fix.
How does the 999 emergency system work?
Any player can call 999 from their Phone (topbar → 999 app). Emergency responders on duty (Bomba, Polis Trafik, Undercover Police, Kesihatan) see the incident on their Pager tool and can accept it.
- Incident types: Car Crash, Injured Person.
- Minimum resolution time: 30 seconds after accepting (prevents instant-resolve farming).
- Up to 10 incidents can be open at once.
See Social Features → 999 Emergency for the full flow.
What's the injury system and why does it matter?
When a Kesihatan (medic) player joins the server, the injury system automatically activates for everyone - including you. This gives you a +15% XP multiplier for free on every XP award, stacking with Premium, convoy, token, and other boosts. When the last medic leaves, it turns off again.
The trade-off: with injury system on, heavy crashes can inflict injuries on you that need medical treatment. Those injuries become the 999 incidents medics respond to - which is the whole loop working as designed.
Tip: if you see a medic in the server lobby, you're getting free extra XP. Drive careful and you'll rarely need treatment.
What is passive mode?
Passive mode is a toggle that prevents tool-based interactions - weapons, tasers, bandages, and similar gear - in both directions:
- You can't use tools on other players.
- Other players can't use tools on you.
Turn it on from the Main Menu if you don't want to be pulled into combat or emergency roleplay. Turn it off when you're ready to participate. Note: standard driving and job actions aren't affected - passive only blocks weapons and medical tools.
Can I own a house?
Yes. Visit Pangsapuri Seri Putra in Bandar Seri Putra, claim a plot, choose from four house templates (3 kampung styles + 1 modern terrace), and customise. See Housing.
How do I fast travel?
Fast travel isn't available to regular players. It's a staff-only tool used by MYSverse moderators and developers for event coordination. For everyone else, the GPS waypoint system (on your Phone) is how you get around - drive the whole distance and you'll earn XP while you go. The GPS shows a glowing beam that follows the road to your target.
(If you ever see the fast travel menu appear, it means you have been granted staff access.)
I joined a convoy but I'm not getting the bonus.
Check these:
- Are you within 200 studs of another convoy member? The bonus only applies when you're close together.
- Is the convoy actually active? Check the convoy panel - it shows your current multiplier.
- Are you a passenger? Passengers get half the driver's bonus.
What are tokens?
Consumable items in your inventory that give temporary boosts - 2× XP, Season Pass XP doubler, or temporary team access. Activate from the inventory. See Social Features → Tokens.
How do I report a bug or player?
Open the in-game Report system and describe what happened, where it happened, what team/vehicle/tool/menu you were using, and whether it repeats. For player reports, include the player name and what they did. See Social Features -> Report system.
Is there a single-player / private mode?
Yes - private servers are available (purchase from the Roblox experience page). See the dedicated Private servers section below for everything the owner gets, common use cases, and the limitations.
Are there promo codes?
Yes - open Main Menu -> Shop and use the code redemption field. A few codes are permanently active:
| Code | Reward | Uses |
|---|---|---|
experience | 250 XP | Up to 5 times |
unlimitedpowarr | 1,000 XP | Unlimited |
gokartracing | Free Go-Kart (Special spawner) | Once |
fd2r | Free Handai Civic FD2R (Special spawner) | Once |
renjer | Free Renjer Loader 2012 (Special spawner) | Once |
outlandish | Free Masubi Outlander (Special spawner) | Once |
MYS5KFOLLOWERS | Free Intero Citie Bas Sekolah (Bus Driver spawner) | Once |
Event codes (time-limited) occasionally appear for community events, conventions, and apology makegoods - watch MYSverse channels for them.
Tips the wiki might not have mentioned
"Drive long" is always profitable
Whatever you're doing, being in a DriveSeat paying attention to the road gives you free XP. Even while on your way to a job, you're earning.
Match your vehicle to the job
A Tayoti Hiace is a passenger van - don't take one to the Race Track. A Perosatu Myvi is fine for food delivery but useless for freight. Look at the vehicle category in Vehicles.
The electric car advantage
Electric vehicles are cheapest to run once fuel charges are enabled. Try Besla Y, MYD Atto III, Ionic I/V, or CITO Ami once you can.
Friend up before grinding
Recruit one or two friends on the same team. Start a convoy. Stick together within 200 studs. Your XP per hour roughly doubles versus solo play.
Save tokens for anchored sessions
Don't pop a 2× XP token and then get distracted - the timer doesn't pause. Use them when you have an hour of uninterrupted play planned.
Watch for Double XP weekends
Keep an eye on the MYSverse community channels. A Double XP Weekend is the highest-leverage time to use other boosts.
If a shop doesn't show prices
Prices vary by shop and sometimes by item. Always check the in-game menu before buying, especially for expensive items like house furniture.
Respect the roleplay
Lebuhraya is a roleplay game. Players taking their 999 medical shift seriously don't appreciate being rammed off the road; traffic police trying to catch speeders don't appreciate being taunted. Drive with respect; the social scene is half the fun.
Report bugs and feedback
If you hit a bug or have suggestions, use the in-game Report system. It sends feedback directly to the MYSverse team.
Private servers
Private servers are Roblox's "VIP server" feature - you pay Robux to spin up a server instance that only you and people you invite can join. They're one of Lebuhraya's most powerful features once you know what they can do.
Use cases
Dedicated roleplay communities. Many MYSverse-adjacent groups (police academies, fire-and-rescue training camps, taxi companies, school RP servers) run their own private Lebuhraya servers as persistent hangout spaces. Because private servers are isolated, your group isn't interrupted by random drivers, and your scenes can run uninterrupted for hours.
Structured events. Race nights, convoy meets, emergency training exercises, licence tests, and screenshot shoots all benefit from an empty map where the owner controls what happens.
Practice without pressure. Learning to drive the heavy trucks, getting better lap times at the race track, or rehearsing a 999 medic response with a friend - all much easier in a private server than in a busy public one.
Content creation. Streamers and video creators use private servers to film without other players disrupting shots. You can freely pose vehicles, stage scenes, and reset without griefers.
What the server owner gets
When you join your own private server, you receive owner moderation tools for that server.
- Moderate your guests: remove disruptive players, respawn stuck players, and keep the session organised.
- Set up scenes: move players around, stage roleplay, reset scenes, and coordinate events.
- Delegate help: give trusted friends moderator tools when you need support.
- Manage the session: shut down or restart the private server when your event is finished.
Private server moderation only applies to that private server. It does not grant staff powers in public servers or anyone else's private server.
Limitations
The moment you join, a "Welcome to Lebuhraya Private Servers" notice explains the trade-offs. All progression is disabled:
- XP and level don't save.
- Currency (BR) changes don't persist.
- Badges aren't awarded (including the 50k / 100k / 500k / 1m stud milestones).
- Job progression tiers don't save.
- Vehicle unlocks don't apply (you still see the same catalogue, but race-unlocked vehicles or codes-redeemed vehicles won't persist).
- Promo codes redeemed here don't count.
If you want your session to count, join a public server. Private servers are for controlled scenes, not grinding.
Accessing private server commands
Type :cmds in chat to open the command list available to you. The in-game list is the best source because permissions can change between updates.
One thing owner tools cannot do
Private server tools do not override team gates. If a team requires a gamepass, level threshold, or group membership, you still need to meet those requirements. The tools are for moderation and event setup, not free team access.
What happens when the game shuts down for an update?
Lebuhraya uses a "soft shutdown" system so you don't lose your session. When the servers are restarting, you'll see a smooth on-screen prompt appear (other UIs fade out), and you'll be automatically teleported to a fresh server once the update is deployed. Your progress is saved automatically on the way out - XP, BR, levels, vehicles, housing, everything persists.
You don't need to do anything - just let the teleport complete. If you're driving in convoy with friends, they'll be teleported individually (you may re-join separate servers, so regroup after).
