Buses

Buses are run by several transport operators. Board by sitting in a passenger seat; the fare is handled automatically.

Highways

Some roads use TapNGo toll gates. Drive up, pay, and the gate opens.

Fast travel: MRT and Monorail

  1. Walk to a station.
  2. Open the fast-travel panel.
  3. Pick a station on the same line.
  4. Pay with BR or CAG.
  5. The screen fades and you arrive at the destination.

Fares

2 hops200 BR140 BR100 BR

If your CAG balance is too low, the system can fall back to your BR wallet at the normal cash fare.

Buses

  • Fare: 5 BR per boarding.
  • With CAG: fare is deducted from your CAG card.
  • With monthly pass: bus rides are free during the pass.
  • No balance: unpaid bus fares become CAG debt.
  • Debt cap: 200 BR. Top up to clear it.
  • Drivers: driver seats are not charged.

TapNGo highway gates

  • Normal toll: 15 BR.
  • With CAG: 12 BR when your card can pay.
  • If CAG cannot pay, the gate uses the normal BR price.

CAG (Click and Go) card

CAG is Bandaraya's stored-value transport card. It is live in the current version and has 8 kiosks, all at MRT and Monorail station entrances.

Buying a card

  1. Find a CAG kiosk at a station.
  2. Choose Buy Card.
  3. Pay 100 BR.
  4. The CAG Card tool is added to your backpack on spawn.

Topping up

Top up at kiosks in these amounts:

  • 20 BR
  • 50 BR
  • 100 BR
  • 200 BR
  • 500 BR

Maximum stored balance is 2,000 BR. If you have bus-fare debt, your next top-up clears the debt first.

Monthly pass

  • Price: 500 BR
  • Duration: 30 days
  • Benefits: free buses and 50% MRT/Monorail discount

The pass is most useful if you ride buses often or use fast travel regularly.

Wallet and phone app

You can view CAG through:

  • The CAG Card tool.
  • Ctrl + W.
  • The CAG eWallet app on your phone.

The phone app is mainly for checking balance, pass status, designs, and trip history. Buying, topping up, and changing designs still happen through kiosks.

Card designs

The Classic design comes with the card. Other designs can be bought, unlocked through travel milestones, or offered during seasonal events.

Tips

  • Buy CAG before using buses or fast travel often.
  • Do not store all your cash on CAG; it is for transport only.
  • Keep enough BR for taxis, fuel, fines, and other non-CAG expenses.
  • If a kiosk or app is unavailable during maintenance, your saved CAG data is not lost.
