Quick answers for common Bandaraya questions.
Getting started
How do I earn BR fast?
Start with Postal Service (POS). It is reliable and open to normal civilian teams. Taxi driving can earn well if bookings are active, while towing and bus driving require group access.

How do I become a police officer?
Join the relevant POLIS group through MYSverse community channels, complete any required application or training, then select POLIS from the team menu when you qualify.

What is CAG and do I need it?
CAG is the Click and Go transit card. It is useful if you ride buses, use MRT/Monorail fast travel, or drive through tolls often.
- Card price: 100 BR.
- Bus fare: 5 BR.
- MRT/Monorail discount: 30%, or 50% with monthly pass.
- Toll discount: 20%.
- Monthly pass: 500 BR for 30 days.

Why does reset not work?
Reset is disabled at or below 75 HP to stop RTAA. Wait for medical help or continue the roleplay.

Money and shops
How do I buy a car?
Go to Classic Car Dealer, pick a vehicle, choose buy or rent, and select a colour if available. Bought vehicles save to your account.

How do I get a gun?
You need one of:
- Firearms Licence gamepass for Ammulaysia.
- A team that issues weapons.
- Black-market access through the Illegal Dealer.
Gun purchases have cooldowns. Do not spam the shop.

Where do I get fuel?
- Petrol/diesel: Radtrol Gas Station at Jalan Pinang.
- Electric charging: Community Retail.

I bought a car but it disappeared. Where is it?
Return to the correct dealership or spawner and spawn it again from your owned vehicles. Purchased dealership vehicles are saved.
Arrests and rules
How do I get out of jail?
Wait the 3-minute timer. After release, you can pick a team again.
Appeal through the community server if you believe staff review is needed.
I left while detained and now I am arrested. Why?
That is LTAA enforcement. Leaving while detained or being arrested can apply the jail timer when you return.
Can I rob Hazbank?
Yes, Hazbank is a robbery target, but robberies require at least 10 players in the server. Expect police response and possible arrest. Public-service players going rogue during a robbery is a severe violation.
What is a BOLO?
Be On the LookOut. It is a police alert for a suspect, managed through the MDT tablet.
Can I drive a fire truck as a civilian?
No. BOMBA vehicles are team-gated. The same is true for most emergency, military, and job vehicles.
Teams
What is the difference between MyTransit and bus services?
They are different transport operators with different group access and fleets. Both can support bus roleplay.
I am on Visitors but want POLIS. What do I do?
Join the relevant POLIS group, complete any requirements, then reopen the team menu after you qualify.
A team disappeared from the team menu. Is it a bug?
Usually no. Some teams are created only when players are using them and are cleaned up when empty.
Gameplay
I got kicked for cheating but I was not cheating. What do I do?
Take a screenshot of the kick message and contact staff through the community server. Do not keep retrying the same action if it triggers kicks.
How do I get the punch tool?
Punch is a quest reward at level 25.
What is the current game version?
Bandaraya v3.15.9. Check the in-game changelog for recent updates.
Why is my vehicle smoking or damaged?
Crash damage is visual and functional. Respawn or repair the vehicle when needed.
Can I play on mobile?
Yes, but some combat, driving, and text-heavy actions are easier on desktop.
Can I play with friends?
Yes. Join the same server and choose compatible roles for your scene.
Does it rain?
Rain can be enabled by staff for atmosphere or events. It is not a constant weather cycle.
I do not speak Malay. Will I be lost?
No. The Glossary explains common terms such as POLIS, BOMBA, KKM, LTAA, RTAA, CAG, and Saman.
How old does my Roblox account need to be?
At least 60 days.
